CONCEITED LUXE products are proudly made in the USA utilizing domestic and imported components.
ORDERS & RETURNS

We are sorry to hear you would like to return your product. Please contact Customer Care at hello@conceitedluxe.com within 30 days of purchase (excluding hair extensions & wigs) and we’ll be more than happy to assist!
At this time we do not allow returns for hair extensions and wigs. We provide exchanges within 7-14 days of receiving your order. These items can only be exchanged with other hair extensions or wigs. The items must be unworn & tags must still be on. Please contact us at hello@conceitedluxe.com.

Refunds will either issued to your credit card company or bank depending on your method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If after 10 business days you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@conceitedluxe.com.
We hate it when that happens, but things move fast! We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or account for the value of the item within 3-5 business days.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the top status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information. SHIPPING
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

CONCEITED LUXE is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at hello@conceitedluxe.com with information regarding your situation and your claim number.

SUSTAINABILITY
Yes, we do our best to make sure our packaging is as sustainable as possible. All of our tubes and bottles are made of recyclable plastics and resins, so when you finish up your CONCEITED LUXE products please recycle.
